Randi Maya Sibonga, JD is owner and President of MCSB Incorporated, an ACDBE-certified small business based in Seattle, WA. Her company is a joint venture partner at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (“Sea-Tac”) with Hudson Group, where the venture operates over 20 news/gift and specialty retail stores. MCSB Inc. is also a partner with Dufry-North America at Sea-Tac in duty-free operations.
In addition to practicing as a criminal, employment and family law attorney and working in civil rights enforcement, Randi has built her career as an owner and operator of airport concessions over the course of over 25 years. She began as a founding member of the first women- and minority-owned business at Sea-Tac and most recently joined the ranks as one of the few minority duty-free business owners in the country.
Besides her passion for airport retailing, Randi is deeply committed to the cause of helping homeless and at-risk youth in her community through advocacy, volunteerism, academic scholarship and other financial support.
